Law firm was hired and paid $3200 to file bankruptcy case. Took over a year and a half for his firm to file bankruptcy case. Case outcome would have been different if the lawyer and his firm would have done their duty and job when they were retained. Lawyer dragged their feet and never filed their cl...ient’s case within a reasonable timeframe. Made excuses for lack of communication and placed blame on their client for losing assets to the bankruptcy trustee. Threatened to drop their client for their law firm’s negligence, lack of legal representation and lack of communication. I would recommend you find a different lawyer and firm to represent you. Bankruptcy is a very complicated case and communication is the number one strategy to resolve your financial hardship. Clearly, this lawyer takes on too many cases and doesn’t have the right staffing or case management system in place to help streamline his firm’s cases for the benefit of his clients. RUN! Do not use this lawyer or his firm.

I was out of options and was not to sure if bankruptcy was right for me, however when I sat down with Adam he explained every thing that would happen.
