Michael Benjamin Marion

My practice cultivates intellectual property asset protection strategies for innovators and creators. I spent the first decade of my career working in a powerhouse patent boutique firm and a preeminent national firm. I now bring that experience to my own practice for clients both locally here in the Valley and across the country. With a primary focus on intellectual property litigation, I have helped companies launch campaigns to stop infringement of their core technology. My work in patent and trademark prosecution facilitates building portfolios to withstand the rigors of trial, while also knowing how to identify weaknesses in competitors’ intangible assets. I have also partnered with companies monetize their intellectual property assets, perform due diligence and license their assets.
