We worked with Lisa (DeConcini McDonald) to help with a complicated situation involving probate of an estate along with an existing trust. At the time of our father's death, we suspected that someone close to him had been illegally removing money and assets from his estate/trust. My mom has always had a very comprehensive trust including POA, MPOA, especially since I was the only child and no other relatives.
