Jonathan Adam Dessaules

I was referred to Jonathon thru the "Let Joe Know" campaign (ABC 15). I had a long, ongoing dispute with my HOA and it had gotten to the point where they were no longer willing to work with me. When I called Jonathan's office, the staff was efficient and set my appointment right away. When I met with... Jonathon he was caring and patient and listened to my story. Once he had all the info he asked additional questions to make sure he had heard what I said to him. He immediately went to work and was efficient and thorough with his investigations. I was impressed by his ability to sort through the many statements I had and determine that a lot of the charges were illegally DOUBLED!! He immediately started negotiations with the other party and was able to come to an agreement that I could handle. I am now on my second case with Jonathan Dessaules. The first case was an administrative hearing for an HOA dispute. We had planned on representing ourselves, but are we ever glad we did not. In a most contentious, long and drawn out series of law suits and counters, Jonathan stuck by our side, was available 24/7. I couldn't believe when we'd get responses to our inquiries at... 7 AM (He does early morning Starbucks.). He outsmarted a very large group of attorneys and bested them all on our behalf. He knew when to say stop and always, always considered my husband and I, the stress we were going through, what was the best outcome for us, not for him.
