Driven by both personal experience and disciplined legal training, Hayley Worrell brings precision, persistence, and compassion to criminal defense and post-conviction work. Her purpose was forged when her husband was wrongfully convicted, giving her an intimate understanding of the emotional toll a criminal case takes on the accused and the families who love them. Hayley approaches representation as a partnership, keeping clients informed and empowered through candid, consistent communication. During law school at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Hayley advocated in the Post-Conviction Clinic, where she drafted and prepared post-conviction relief petitions, commutation applications, parole hearing submissions, pardon petitions, and habeas corpus filings. Reviewing complete trial transcripts across numerous cases taught her what arguments succeed, where errors occur, and how to protect the record from the outset. That perspective makes her a sharper trial advocate—quick to identify legal issues, strategic in strengthening a case early, and unwavering in safeguarding constitutional rights while pursuing the most just outcome.
