Stewart Franklin Gross

I had the absolute best experience having Stewart Gross represent me. After an initial phone call to his office he called me back the same day to discuss my case. His retained rate was very considerate and competitive. I saw from his presentation of my case how thoroughly he had gone through the v...oluminous amount of documents I sent him. He came well prepared with case law to prove my position on the issues; hence, he could not be reputed by the other side. He has great communication skills and recognizes the other side's position but then without stirring any confrontation explains their errors and non-compliance with the federal laws. Due to a non- disclosure I'm bound by I cannot give you more details or examples, however, I wanted to share my experience with others seeking a good attorney. I found the other side's attorneys worked well with him. The only analogy I can think of is that Mr. Gross is the kind that brings both sides of the aisle together. Maybe he should have been a politician, but I'm grateful he is an attorney. He made what could have been a very intimidating experience very calm and peaceful for me. He had my back for sure and guided me in a decision that was in my best interest.
