Stewart was amazing. As I was exiting Circle K, a car in a parking spot in front of the convenience shop backed out directly into the side of my car. I was driving my brand new Audi A3 and it was inoperable. I couldn't even open the driver side door. Needless to say, I was devastated. I'd only had th...e car for four months and would be paying on it for another 4+ years. Stewart told me that I could get payment for diminished value of the brand new vehicle as well as the rental fees for the car rental I had to maintain while my car was being repaired (took several months), which equaled approximate $4000. This was news to me. In the end, ultimately, I got a significant payment for both the diminished value and the rental fees. I still wish my car had not been hit, but I could not be happier with the outcome. At least, I recapped the original value of the car pre-accident. He made it super easy and I am SO grateful. He was attentive to my case and kept me updated on the progress of our pursuit of potential reparations. He was honest with me about what I could expect/hope for. In the end, I got more money back then I ever anticipated. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

I had the absolute best experience having Stewart Gross represent me. After an initial phone call to his office he called me back the same day to discuss my case. His retained rate was very considerate and competitive. I saw from his presentation of my case how thoroughly he had gone through the v...oluminous amount of documents I sent him. He came well prepared with case law to prove my position on the issues; hence, he could not be reputed by the other side. He has great communication skills and recognizes the other side's position but then without stirring any confrontation explains their errors and non-compliance with the federal laws.
