Mihai Vlad Moldoveanu

Michael Moldoveanu is the Managing Attorney of the Arcadia and Mohave County offices of Goldberg & Osborne, handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters. He counsels clients from case inception through jury trial. Mr. Moldoveanu has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured victims, including multiple seven figure settlements.

Mr. Moldoveanu earned his law degree from the University of Arizona School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington, where he graduated cum laude and was initiated in the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. While in law school, Mr. Moldoveanu competed for the Arizona Law trial team and taught both undergraduates and international L.L.M candidates in a variety of law related topics. He also volunteered for several clinics with Southern Arizona Legal Aid, leading him to be named the Outstanding Student Volunteer for the month of August, 2011.

Born in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Mr. Moldoveanu relocated to Vancouver, B.C. at an early age. After spending several years in Canada, Mr. Moldoveanu settled in Seattle, Washington before moving to Arizona to attend law school. Prior to joining Goldberg & Osborne, Mr. Moldoveanu practiced at another local personal injury firm, and worked as a law clerk for Judge Borek and Judge Marner at the Pima County Superior Court.

Mr. Moldoveanu is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Arizona, State of Washington, and the United States District Court, District of Arizona. He also spends his time volunteering with the Cancer Support Community and Young Professional Council.
