Jeffrey G Pollitt

Jeffrey Pollitt has been my divorce attorney and worked with me for over a decade. While it is never a "fun" time having to get an attorney in any matter, Jeff and his wonderful staff made every effort to make my life easier and to make me feel like I was important to them and not just another case.... Jeff is a very personable attorney and he and his staff are very easy to talk to and communicate with. Divorce proceedings are always emotional and difficult. Jeff was extremely supportive and helpful. There were many nuances and idiosyncrasies in my divorce, but Jeff was able to strategize and have a backup plan and was able to anticipate what the opposing counsel was trying to do. My court hearing was on a Monday. Jeff had me come in on the prior Saturday and spent about 5 hours doing a prep for Monday's hearing. Thus, I was extremely comfortable going into the courtroom and was able to effectively handle my cross examination. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Pollitt and his staff to anyone who is contemplating an upcoming divorce.
