Excellent communicator who gets the job done!

Mr. Mestaz provided excellent, cost effective legal services. A very large, well funded corporation threatened my small business with a lawsuit unless I changed my business practices. Daniel responded with a firm, well written letter explaining why we would prevail in a lawsuit. I never heard from them again. You are in great hands with Mr. Mestaz as your attorney.

Excellent outcome

Mr. Mestaz saved my business. A competitor sued us for a ton of money, claiming that we stole its customers and employees. We could have lost everything we worked our whole lives for. It was incredibly stressful. But Daniel won our two week jury trial and the court awarded us our attorney fees. Mr. Mestaz is a great trial lawyer who totally outclassed the other side, particularly in his visual-electronic presentation of the evidence.

You'd be lucky to have him
