Most unfortunate experiences
Disorganized lawyer/office that made written errors and did not keep in touch or inform us of changes, including day of court. Unprepared on day of court - relied on experience versus knowledge of our case. This attorney was recommended by a mutual friend and still did a mediocre job, at best.
