I graduated from Central Washington University (B.A.) in 1987 and Gonzaga University School of Law (J.D.) in 1990. I have extensive trial experience in family law, criminal law and civil matters. Following law school, I joined the Franklin County, Washington, Prosecutor’s Office, where I tried and won numerous cases. In 1995, I joined the law firm of Critchlow, Williams & Schuster, P.S., in Richland, Washington, where I continued as a trial attorney in the areas of family law, criminal law, and personal injury. From 2002 until moving to Arizona in 2005, I maintained my own firm, with a continuing emphasis on family law and litigation. Upon gaining admission to practice law in the State of Arizona in November 2005, I joined the law firm of Campbell & Mahoney, Chtd., where I tried multiple civil cases to million dollar verdicts. Since 2012 I have practiced exclusively in the area of family law.

Nicole was very knowledgable, responsive, and caring through all of the frustrations I had in thinking that everyth...

Working with Nicole was a great experience. She is knowledgeable, no false promises and was amazing in court. If I ever need an attorney again, she is the one I'm going to.

She personally humiliated me and her staff discouraged me from moving on to healthy relationships with wealthy men. She forgot to put me on "hold" once and I heard her and her assistants complaining th...
"I endorse this lawyer. She is excellent. Honest, reliable, knowledgable, she will provide you with aggressive, but compassionate representation. She is a great trial attorney and you are in good hands!!"
"I endorse this lawyer. Nicole is tough, yet very professional. She does an excellent job representing her clients. Her clients are well served by her conviction and knowledge of the law."
