William Edward Lally

William Lally was hired for a land use matter that required a residential to commercial zoning change. This was for a new construction of a drive-thru restaurant where Tiffany and Bosco represented the tenant as well as myself. Unfortunately, the tenant refused to pay the lease and started operating ...without proper clearances causing multiple defaults. I properly notified the firm that there was a conflict between the parties who were co-represented. Upon filing eviciton proceedings, the tenant filed an injunction to slow the process down. I was shocked that the firm representing the tenant was Tiffany and Bosco and that lawsuit was filed by William Lally. The actions of William Lally were quite costly and the entire firm has refused to provide the case file which has prevented further development of this real estate.
