Victoria M. Dunne

Ms. Dunne is a litigator practicing in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, professional liability, personal and catastrophic injury, products liability, aviation liability, public entity liability, employment law, and medical malpractice.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Dunne enjoyed a career as a registered nurse in the operating room. This experience provides her with valuable insight when analyzing medical records and personal injury allegations. Her medical knowledge offers clients the benefit of an in-depth understanding of anatomy, pre-existing conditions, physicians' orders, diagnostics, prognoses, and care plans. Ms. Dunne's nursing background and first-hand experience working with patients within the multifaceted healthcare system has instilled a deep appreciation for the importance of advocating for others.

Ms. Dunne graduated summa cum laude, earning her bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in 2008. She earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2012. During her final semester of law school, Ms. Dunne participated in the Litigation Experience course as a visiting student at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. She subsequently served as a volunteer litigant in two Litigation Experience mock trials. Ms. Dunne is a member of the 2016 Ladder Down program providing invaluable mentorship and leadership development.

Ms. Dunne is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Arizona as well as the state courts of Massachusetts.
