Tim Tarter Lawyer
We hired Tim Tarter in regards to an IRS audit in 2009 - 2013. The IRS stated that we owed hundreds of thousands of dollars due to the fact that we were raising and training horses as a hobby. Tim Tarter helped us prove that our quarter horse ranch was not a hobby. Anyone having tax issues or audits should hire Tim Tarter. We would not have been able to settle our case without his expertise

Exceptional Tax Lawyer
Tim Tarter is an exceptional tax lawyer. My wife and I hired Tim to help resolve a very complicated inheritance legal case. Tim's handling of the case was amazing. He came up with out of the box solutions, communicated with the IRS, and resolved the case to our benefit. During the entire process Tim communicated each step with me and my wife in ways that we could understand the extremely complicated tax case and laws. During the months of working with Tim, it was obvious that we were very fortunate to find such an amazing lawyer to help us.
