Had a problem with a public defender telling me my case details are irrelevant.I feel that I need to file a"Brady Motion" because evidence was withheld. The public defender has been disciplined multiple times. The criminal case against me took 11 months. The Navajo county public defender refused to disc...lose evidence. Only after I signed a plea did they show me videos of this accident claim ,The situation is not as I member it.To avoid a head on collision I passed a white f250 with trailer they were kind enough to go to the shoulder of the road. The video shows a similar car passing a jeep. The video.was poor quality with audio glitches. My public defender claims the video was not altered.I had to take a plea for leaving the scene. There was no accident I was aware of requiring a stop. The claimant went home. The claimant said they clipped a stop sign They were paid $28,000 for injurie. There right forearm has a red mark on it consistent with an Indian rub burn.Prior to the incident. There was pictures taken homophobic slurs I have the abs electrical brake line that was cut on right rear of my van A the same time discovered that the right rear tire(brand new) was punchered completely flat. The vechical would not start due to the electrical short created by the electrical line being shorted. There were two vechicals at the country store when the closed at 7 pm.The people called the store on to make a complaint about me being there I had to do electrical wiring to bypass a short circuit so I could get home. When I got the van running with the electrical bypass discovered I had a flat tire. Was confronted by a hostile store owner telling me I had to leave.Explained there was damage done and I had to put on the spare tire.Owner accused me of stealing there with fi internet. When I spoke to the people in the jeep was told they had a deal with the owner to use there with fi after hours.11 months of going to court and had to sign a plea. On date of incident a GMC truck with trailer sprayed my Mercury with gravel breaking the windshield we all proceeded to turn left on Concho highway.Gmc truck jeep and another vechical all with trailers were racing.I wanted the tag number of the dark GMC as they broke my windshield Got boxed in after passing. To save lives The white f 250 let me over. The people in the jeep call police from home they left the scene.Had to replace the tag on the mercury My public defender did not would not get body cam footage of,six police officers came to my residence sparking tazers and loading a weapon. The law states you do not have to stop if you feel you are in danger.Frirnds a party aquientences had a gun and threatened to shoot my wife's guide dog. These people were scene on our back roads.Items have been stolen from our house The claimants may be part of a theft ring as they all had trailers Stephen Little took the time to help me sort all of this out.My public defender was useless in every way I will work with Stephen Little to reopen this case and prove there was reason and motive to stage an accident and take $30,000 in a fraudulent method highly recommend Stephen Little.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I heartily endorse this lawyer. He brings knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to a part of our practice that often gets overlooked in the lawyer rating process. He was highly regarded as a reasonable, objective Staff Bar Counsel, and was appointed as Assistant Ethics Counsel at the State Bar because of the regard his peers. He's one of the lawyers I call when I'm stumped with an ethics or lawyer discipline matter."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
