The reason this is not a great rating is because unfortunately he and his partner on my case did not effectively understand or know what my options were. I continued to pursue my dispute and found out at the end the st...rategy we put into place was useless because of a miscalculation on their end. I will say they were attentive and professional, just a little light on overall knowledge of the area of law I needed help with.
