Paul L Stoller

For more than two decades, Paul has represented clients in high-stakes and hotly contested complex and commercial litigation.  Paul has represented plaintiffs and defendants in virtually all types of complex litigation matters, including data privacy and security, product liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, contract, securities fraud, officer and director liability, racketeering, intellectual property, and antitrust cases.  In that role, Paul has acted as lead, assistant, and steering committee counsel in state and national class actions and MDLs in State and Federal courts in Arizona and around the country.

Paul is fluent in effective legal technology for the better and more efficient representation of clients.  He serves on the Firm’s IT and IT Security Committees and heads up the Firm’s data privacy and security team.  Paul is a frequent speaker, author, and commentator on data privacy and security issues.

Paul is currently a member of the Arizona State Bar Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, the State Bar Class Actions and Derivative Suits Committee, and the State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee.  He has also been a Judge Pro Tempore of the Maricopa County Superior Court since 2006 and has served as a court-appointed settlement judge and neutral for dozens of cases.
