Natalie Virden is an Employment and Labor Law Attorney who has received industry recognition as one of the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state to be named a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star.
Natalie has represented employees in various areas of employment law, including wage and hour law, collective and class action lawsuits, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the National Labor Relations Act.
