Malcolm T Sloan

I had my first consultation with Mr. Malcolm Thursday, July 22nd - I have never had an attorney be such an incredible teacher at the same time. It was literally the first time I have ever been so clear about the process and what would or could happen. Mr. Malcolm T. Sloan was also patient, info...rmative, clear about what I needed to get to him so he could understand where in the process I was AND super clear on what I would be charged for and not charged for. Definitely a refreshing experience. Upon following his initial instructions, which I am happy I interpreted correctly and he shared this information with my on our second consultation... he was able to explain possible courses of action, further clarity and we finished our 2nd phone call yet again with my feeling "clear, uplifted, no stress" - even though I am dealing with a very stressful situation. I highly suggest at minimum a phone call with this gentleman. I for one am grateful to have spoken with him. I've had my share of not positive experience with lawyers and if more conducted themselves like Mr. Sloan did... it would certainly make a huge differance all the way around.
