While Katie was not my representation (she represented by ex-spouse) she has superior professionalism and was very responsive where able to be on the case. It was a pleasure working with her, as she made even my half of the case less stressful. Her paralegal Gloria is also wonderful. I definitely rec...ommend her and her team and want to ensure any dread or anxiety one might have when having her in the opposing corner will be eased when working toward a resolution.

I hired Katie Stapleton to represent me in a very contentious custody case. She diligently advocated for me and my children. She was extremely professional and responsive throughout my case. I was awarded sole legal decision making authority and she fought to ensure that the other parent's time was a...ppropriately supervised. I cannot recommend Ms. Stapleton enough. My children are safe because of her.

I had a horrible time working with Katie Stapleton during my divorce. There were many miscommunications and I frequently had to follow up on unanswered emails. My ex forwarded an email from his attorney showing where Katie misrepresented what I said to his attorney. I wasted thousands on an incomp...etent attorney. I wish I saw all of these reviews before I chose this firm 8 months ago. I have since transferred to another firm.

Worked with katie Stapleton for an emergency temporary orders hearing. We met and prepped over zoom calls. When it was time for court, I had to print out HUNDREDS of exhibit pages so I didn’t show up to my hearing feeling unprepared. She didn’t prep any of this for me. I didn’t want to annoy the judg...e during my hearing trying to scroll through exhibits on a screen so I printed it myself. To make it worse, katie didn’t appear on camera for my hearing! Wtf!!! No mention to me at any point in our prep that she would not be appearing with me. I had to sit on camera alone and face my ex husband and his attorney and the judge. ALONE. What am I actually paying for?! It was the worst experience ever and extremely uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. I had to obtain an order of protection for my children in which Katie did not know the procedure for. She billed me to ghost write something for me for the OP and left out literally the two most crucial pieces of evidence and the main reasons why the OP was necessary! Of course she billed me for everything and all the time it took her to improperly advise me! How scary to be working with an attorney that isn’t sure of the law. I had to call her to explain what happened at the courthouse and how she advised me wrong and of course she billed me for that too! Haha! So I paid to explain to Katie how the law works but whatever! So basically I paid for things I didn’t need or couldn’t use and her actions cost me tremendously. And it cost my kids too. My children are counting on me and this experience was flat out not good enough. I don’t know how she passed the bar or why she chose to be an attorney but I would not risk anything with this attorney. Hire someone who is passionate about the law and not concerned with her nose ring and her finger nails.
