also known as Jason M Goldstein
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Jason Goldstein has been living and practicing law here in the valley for over twenty years. He has dedicated his entire career to helping those who have been arrested and charged with criminal offenses, and ensuring that their rights are protected. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in 1994, and then his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1998. Jason then moved to Phoenix where he began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney with the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender.
As a Public Defender, Jason represented clients in hundreds of serious felony cases in Maricopa County Superior Court ranging from Drug Possession and Sales, Armed Robbery and Assault, Sexual Offenses, Human Trafficking, and Homicide. Jason also handled scores of serious felony trials, with numerous successful outcomes, including receiving several Not Guilty verdicts in Major Felony and Homicide cases. While at that office, he was also promoted to a supervising attorney position where he was responsible for the training and supervision of new attorneys coming into the public defender’s office.
Most recently, before joining Suzuki Law Offices, and after public service, Jason practiced on his own for a decade in private practice successfully representing individuals who had been charged with crimes in Arizona. He has represented clients in Municipal, State, and Federal courts, and has also argued in front of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He is now excited to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients at Suzuki Law Offices for a long time to come.
