Out of 5 lawyers that I have used Mr. Goldstein was the best.

Incredibly knowledgeable, kept me informed every step of the way, and visited me during my stay after my trial was completed. He's punctual and his trials are phenomenal. I do agree slightly with the previous person where he does not bother with contact, but I'd rather have less contact and someone... I know that's capable working on my case instead of holding my hand.

Cheated

I hired this lawyer, he put up a fight during pretrial, and not to bad during trial so we thought. We are now in sentencing and he has completely cut off all communication with myself and he has never kept communication with my fiance (the defendant whom he represented). I think through out the whole... time we have been fighting for my fiance' s life he may have went to see him once other than our court appearances in a two year period. My fiancé has requested to see him or speak to him via phone at least ten to twenty times and it had just gotten to the point where he no longer responds at all. We went through two trials and found guilty in the second trial. So now we are at sentencing and I have expressed to him that we feel like we are fighting for him alone! Honestly i feel every since he received his final payment his fight disappeared and we have come to find out that there is still much that can be done to minimize the sentence but it seems that there is no effort put forth at all. And with no communication we fear what the end results will be. I Understood The Chances Of Loosing but now that we trusted him with our life and to just give up the fight is not only wrong but is also unethical. So for anyone that is looking for representation this lawyer is NOT the way you want to go if you are expecting someone that you can trust your freedom with.
