Biography
I focus my practice on business transactions, litigation and estate planning, with one simple mission: help my clients make and keep their money. I have completed more than a billion dollars of successful real estate closings throughout the U.S., and have worked with numerous public and private companies, manufacturers, international distributors, professional services firms, and family-owned businesses.
I was honored to oversee the first successful FCC spectrum license sale as well as the first successful large, multi-engine jet aircraft auction, selling aircraft to buyers in Europe, South America, and Africa. In addition to negotiating business deals in the U.S., I have overseen deals in Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Japan, Korea, China, Sweden, Germany, and Russia.
Prior to joining Guidant Law, I owned and operated a law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. I’m also a retired Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Would not retain again
Mr. Glasscock has in the past handled changes to my previous trust and acted as the statutory agent for my LLC. While I have no issue with his legal acumen, I have found him to be patronizing, sarcastic and unprofessional, both during in-person meetings and over the telephone.

The worst part about a legal case is the waiting and Phil and his staff updated me daily. He was also very forthcoming with advise and his opinion. He is now our family lawyer!!
