I had heard so many horror stories about attorneys in the past that when I found myself in the position of having to find a family law attorney I was consumed with panic and concern about finding the best firm to take on my case. After researching multiple firms of the area I came across Gary Frank P.C. and I decided to call. I was surprised when Gary himself answered the phone, it wasn’t a receptionist or a machine, and in that moment I knew that this was the type of firm I needed to help me navigate through this difficult time. Gary listened attentively to me in what I could only describe as the most panic-stricken state I have ever been in, he never rushed me off the phone, nor did he turn me away despite my being without a stable form of income and his knowing that there was nothing that could guarantee that he and his firm would be compensated for their work aside from my promise to him. Gary set a meeting two days after we spoke and there I met both Gary and Hanna, his co-counsel, and they were very adept at explaining all of my options and providing suggestions that made the most sense for my case. They were open and honest every step of the way and regardless of the day or time they made themselves available to me whenever I had a question or concern. I remember many times calling Gary and Hanna on a Saturday or Sunday during lunch or in the evening and they always took my call and took the time to listen and work through whatever was happening. I consider this a rare and incomparable form of practice and a testament to the fact that Gary and Hanna truly care about their clients and the cases they choose to take. They are not only experts of their field they are also skilled at understanding the needs and concerns of their clients. The entire experience was made easier because of them. They were thorough and competent but most importantly they understood that this case was not about myself or the father of my child but about protecting and fighting for the best interest of the three month old little boy they would be representing. Most lawyers are complaisant and simply follow what the client wants but both Gary and Hanna never hesitated to tell me when they felt we should take a different approach ensuring I understood the importance of every decision we made. They were logical and rational while still understanding the needs of the client throughout the entire process. Most importantly to me I felt like my child was in the best legal hands from start to finish. These are the types of people you want handling your case without question or hesitation your best option for any child custody matter. We we were granted relocation and legal decision making for custody of my infant son.

Gary was recommended to me by a relative. I was in a long term abusive marriage and had had enough and was ready to put an end to it. while being "ready" i was scared to death as i was someone with low self esteem and so afraid of how my Ex would respond. I was going through a family court case & did not have a lawyer. I needed help filling out paperwork & knowing what to do in court. Mr. Frank met with me on several occasions & helped with properly filling out all of my paperwork & informing me of the correct way to file it. He gave me his cell phone... # & always returned my calls promptly. I knew the other party in the case didn't have a lawyer & I couldn't afford one. Mr Frank helped me determine what my exhibits should be, & helped me to properly prepare them. He charged a reasonable fee for these services, & allowed me to make payments.
