Stephanie McLeester

Stephanie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. After a former judge turned professor convinced her to pursue law school over law enforcement, Stephanie moved to Phoenix to establish herself in the Grand Canyon State. Stephanie went on to graduate from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with a Sports Law and Business emphasis.

Following her passion, directly out of law school Stephanie began working in family law. There is a unique skill required of family law attorneys in that they must blend the sympathy and emotion of family law with the practice of the law, which is centered in logic. After developing and growing another family law firm in Phoenix, she finally opened her in own firm in 2024.

Stephanie’s focus is providing dedicated, compassionate, and high-quality representation for clients facing one of the most difficult endeavors in their lives. Stephanie’s go to line is: “it’s probably not the best day if you are contacting me” but she strives to secure the best possible outcome and ease the stress of a family law matter.

She has ample experience in high net worth divorces, high conflict child custody cases, facilitating settlements, litigating and fighting in trial, and finding creative solutions to difficult problems.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys coaching adult men’s baseball, weightlifting, and traveling the world.
