Biography
My practice is limited to catastrophic injury and death cases. I have represented injured persons and/or their families for over 40 years. I have obtained many settlements and ,most importantly, jury verdicts in excess of a million dollars for my clients. Most of my business is referrals from other lawyers who don't have the financial resources or experience to handle the cases themselves. I have developed a special expertise in birth injuries cases where the infants brachial plexus nerves are permanently damaged because of excessive downward force applied to the infants head during delivery.
