Excellent advocate

My husband and I needed sane, rational advice. We got a very honest assessment of our case from Mr. Suriel. This man not only knows the law, but he is very compassionate and explains things very well. God bless you!

Parole In Place (Immigration)

From day one Nicomendes was one of the greatest lawyers we have ever come across with. He was a great listener and explained to my husband and I step by step the process of our case. He was honest and kind the entire time. Kept us well informed of our case and when we had questions he was always th...ere to answer them. Our case went great, (Parole in Place) all thanks to his hard work and excellent knowledge of the law. I am still adjusting to this whole thing. Knowing that our family will not be separated, thanks to Nic. He is a life changing lawyer, one of the best out there. It was a privilege to be his client. I have so much to thank him for. He changed not only my life but my whole family. Thank you Nic.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2018
Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
