Wise Will/Trust/Estate settlement

One of the best decisions I’ve made was selecting John Even to oversee the settlement of my Mom’s estate. His wisdom and insight on reaching the optimal settlement for my family was priceless. Without his patient encouragement over thee years I would have settled for a poor result early on. John’...s meetings were concise and educational, and only scheduled when absolutely necessary. This saved our estate thousands of dollars. And his paralegals are first class. My experience confirms that one should never shop for attorneys to find the lowest rate. Far better to hire the best, who bills fewer hours with, with better results. And character matters. John is 100% trustworthy.

John Even is fantastic in Estate Planning!

Working with John and his team on my estate planning matters was easy, clear and effecient. John explained everything I needed to know and was very helpful making solid recommendations around how I plan for my future. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Brilliant Estate Planning Attorney

I am a retired woman here in Arizona with my adult daughter and her family living in Florida. I needed to set up a revocable living trust with my daughter as the beneficiary along with the accompanying estate planning documents. In reviewing the draft copies Mr. Even had prepared I was deeply impre...ssed with how thorough he is, how insightful and wise in his recognition of the needs of our family. He is a brilliant attorney and a warm, personable man. I have spoken to him in one phone conversation, and on signing the estate planning documents I met him in person. He made me feel at ease. I know he has my family’s best interest at heart. I also found my email correspondence and phone conversations with Julie Garman, paralegal, to be cordial and professional. I enjoyed working with Julie as well.

Estate Planning Experience

My wife and I needed to revise our wills and do a more complete process of estate planning than we had done previously. We asked another attorney we trust to recommend someone and he gave us John Even's name. We're very pleased and thankful for that referral. Working with John was a pleasure. ... He is experienced, systematic, and thorough. He explained the differences between wills and trusts, helping us make a better decision than we would have made simply by updating our wills. He also was extraordinarily patient about answering all our questions and was responsive to our specific needs, which included addressing our digital assets and creating pro-life healthcare declarations for both of us. We look forward to a long relationship with John and his firm based on the confidence we developed in him and his firm while doing our estate planning. Everyone we met was pleasant and competent. The Best

John explained the trust process thoroughly and professionally. What was most appreciated was how he made it easy to understand. We felt like he had our best interest at heart and asked questions to assist us in the planning. I would highly recommend John for estate planning.
