Eric Slepian is a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has been practicing Social Security Disabilty law for over 24 years. Eric Slepian is a graduate of Union University at Albany Law School. He is a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar, New York State Bar and Connecticut State Bar. He is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York.
Eric Slepian has lectured on Social Security issues to various organizations including multiple sclerosis; fibromyalgia; cancer and chronic pain support groups; as well as the Arizona Mental Health Association. He has represented Social Security claimants from the initial application through all appeal levels, including appeals to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
