Cheryl K Walsh

As an attorney, I bring unique skills in communications and strategic planning to assist clients as well as trial teams in developing winning strategies, including focus group research, mock trials, witness preparation, jury selection and media around cases when appropriate. My background as a CPA and business owner allow me to understand the unique challenges of business owners as they position for the future in a dynamic and often challenging environment. My experience in business and life allow me to be a compassionate listener, objective analyst, passionate advocate and effective mediator for business and individual clients.  I mediate business disputes as well as family law matters, including divorces, property and custody issues.  I have worked with financial institutions and other lenders for many years, most recently in handling default and related matters concerning residential and commercial real estate.
