I was referred to Ms. McClelan by a friend. I was going through a rough time. Ms. McClelan did not resolve my case. I felt like my friend that referred me did more of the work. When my friend was notified that it was resolved she got mad, I think she wanted to bill more. I also shared with her that I... gave a $7,000 retainer and I thought that was the payment which was to be used before further payment. Instead, I was billed every month until the case was resolved and then they barely returned any of the unused portion of the retainer. That was not told to me in advance.
