Constant delays, the first year was wasted because they didn’t even start working on the case and requesting stuff. I was promised like actually follow through from Joseph when I decided to take them on then he disappeared. Constant lies. One person tells me one thing , another tells me something el...se. Three years. I am homeless. If they would have acted right away and got things investigated when it was fresh. Now three years later they are just now getting the place of my fall evaluated? That is negligent. Why would you wait three years. I am contacting the bar assoc again because I am in this position waiting still because all of the bull they didn’t do in the first year.

I have had nothing but a great experience when dealing with Ms. Oswald, Janine her legal. Janine is has been always there for me and is always available to pick up the phone to call you back if she is busy or send out an email to you. They very helpful and understanding. I have had nothing but a wond...erful experience. I would not hesitate to use her again if needed.

Had phone consultation and they didn't listen to me then with snotty tone to voice proceeded to tell me I had misinformed them on information I had already provided good job elisha and her manager should learn not to take side of employee before hearing out the clients complaint ! Always listen twice... as much as you talk with your snotty rude voice . Seeking help elsewhere and so should everyone else till Sandra is no longer in business !
