Tomas B Molina

Tommy Molina is a licensed family law attorney in Arizona and Wisconsin with extensive experience in child welfare and family law litigation. He represents clients in matters involving custody, parenting time, child support, and severance, and has litigated dozens of dependency and severance trials. Known for compassionate, detail-oriented advocacy, he is committed to protecting the rights of children and families navigating complex legal and emotional challenges.

Before joining Valley Law Group, Tommy served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where he worked closely with case managers, opposing counsel, and mental health professionals to develop case plans focused on family reunification and permanency.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School (Dean’s List) and his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from Marquette University (Dean’s List), including a semester studying abroad in Madrid, Spain. A first-generation Colombian-American with family roots in Medellín, Colombia, he brings a diverse background in litigation and community advocacy to provide empathetic, solutions-oriented representation.
