Has been the engineer of record and/or General Contractor on over 500 projects ranging from high end custom single family homes to commercial/industrial buildings to restoration of a 1920's three story bank building.
Practice currently consists of representing building owners, homeowners, homeowners' associations, municipalities, engineers and general contractors. Has tried numerous cases to verdict, including one case involving 279 homes and over 300 witnesses in a five-month jury trial. Plaintiff verdicts have ranged from $420,167 for a single family home to over $14,000,000. Has also tried cases on the defense side to a defense verdict.
