Sarah Ann Schade

Sarah has been working on my defense against a bank that broke the law multiple times in regards to my debt. Had she not been on my team, I probably would have given in to the bullying of the bank and one of its lending officers. It would have costs me thousands of extra dollars and abuse. She is tru...ly one of the good people doing good things to protect the little guy. Thanks for everything Sarah!

Sarah has been so helpful! She is extremely knowledgeable and has been exceptionally helpful. I appreciate her taking the time to explain and help me understand my case and options. I was so concerned about knowing who I could trust to get the help I needed. I had a good feeling about Sarah after... talking to her that has been borne out over more time. I don't know if Sarah will ever see this review but she should know how appreciative I am to her. I feel like she helped me get my life back!

I would not hire this lawyer. Sarah talks fast, talks over people, and does not give a person the opportunity to talk. She talks over people in order to dominate the conversation. She uses fake talk "lovely" ," beautiful" and "pleasure" to be polite to clients. She worked very hard (using reverse ...psychology) to convinced me to go with McCarthy law firm for a debt problem. She told me "I'm not telling you what to do..." but strongly encouraged me to use McCarthy and fire the law firm that I was with. I fired the firm I was with and hired Sarah. I had a bad event happen shortly after I hired Sarah. I called Sara and I was upset. I was not upset with her, I was upset with the situation and this came through in my tone of voice. I was upset at the legal situation that was occurring and I asked Sarah and her boss Ashley to speed up a process in order to help me with the debt. Ashley made me feel like she was against me and this upset me even more, I hired them to help me, and she made it clear she was not going to do anything different to help me. People get upset over legal matters. The following day, Sarah calls me and places the situation on me and tells me she is disengaging because disengaging is "best for you". She tried to make it seem like it was best for me rather than the firm made the decision. I fired my old attorney after she worked so hard to get me as a client and then she disengages me and leaves me wide open for being sued. I now have to find a third attorney! This is really insane. She convinces me to use her firm and fire my other firm, she can't manage a client who is upset, and then disengages a client only to leave a client in a worse situation. This is unprofessional. This is bad business. I would not use this attorney if she cannot handle the fact that clients do get upset and clients may not always see eye to eye with their attorney's. If you can't handle the fact that your clients have emotions, then something is wrong. It is also very bad to leave a client in a worse position than they came to you in. Had I stayed with the firm that I was at before, I would not be in this situation. I now have a worse situation to deal with as a result of Sarah and McCarthy law. DO NOT TRUST or HIRE THIS GIRL.
