Richard C Onsager

We hired Richard (Dick) Onsager to advise us on a potential purchase of a C-corp small business with some very complicated tax issues. Not only was his guidance extremely timely and useful, but Dick is one of the most efficient lawyers I've ever worked with (and I've worked with more than a few). T...he time and work he charged us for was more than reasonable and didn't have a bunch of unidentifiable fluff rolled into it. His hourly fee is high, but I would not let that dissuade you from using him. When you're done I'll suspect that the total bill will be lower than what you'd expect, and you will get the best tax law guidance available. I will 100% for sure be using Dick again in the future if we find ourselves in a complicated tax law situation.
