Pooja Kedia

Pooja Kedia is a family law attorney dedicated to providing practical, solution-focused legal guidance to individuals and families. After earning her degree in Business Economics from the University of Arizona and working in the corporate sector, Pooja transitioned to law, driven by a desire to help others navigate complex legal challenges.

Her legal journey began with ASU’s Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, where she helped vulnerable children secure legal status and the opportunity to be adopted into supportive families. Pooja also worked with an anti-trafficking non-profit and served as a public defender in Maricopa County, advocating for individuals facing substance abuse, mental health, and housing challenges.

Pooja approaches family law with a commitment to practical, fair solutions. While she values negotiation and settlement to minimize conflict, she is also comfortable representing clients in court when a trial is necessary to achieve a just outcome. Pooja works with clients who are looking for realistic, reasonable solutions to their family law issues—whether through negotiation, mediation, or, when appropriate, litigation. She believes in empowering her clients to make informed decisions about their futures, and her goal is always to reach the best resolution for them, without unnecessary escalation.

Before opening her own practice, Pooja gained experience at several family law firms, where she honed her skills in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family-related matters. She is committed to offering accessible, compassionate legal support and is focused on achieving outcomes that allow her clients to move forward with confidence.

Outside of her legal work, Pooja enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, hiking, and discovering new local spots.
