I called Kris the morning after I was arrested for DUI, he was able to immediately give me advice on what to do in order to ensure that my license was not automatically suspended. I initially refused to take the breath and blood test after being arrested, which can carry up to a 12 month license susp...ension, Kris was able to able to keep my license from being suspended at all on account of the refusal. Ultimately he was able to get the charges reduced from DUI to reckless driving. He advised me on how to keep the "1 day" of jail time to a minimum number of hours. Kris's fees are reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has been arrested for DUI.

DUI's don't make you a bad person, mistakes happen. In Arizona there is ALOT that comes with this. Kris was knowledgeable, helpful, and most important honest. No crazy claims of what he could do, only what he past experience and understanding of the law are. He was able to help me to get the best end...ing for my case that anyone could ask for. Kristopher Rezagholi is a very professional DUI attorney. My fiance was charged with an extreme DUI. He is already in the immigration process and we knew that if he had to serve jail time for this charge ICE would re arrest him and his immigration bond would be $12000. My fiance had previously hi...red a DUI attorney who worked on this case for 5 months and was unable to get any plea deal. He was not only rude but he told us that my fiance would have to serve 30 days in jail and to get over it. Prior to his last court hearing, we contacted Kristopher Rezagholi who immediately met with us and reviewed my fiance's case. After meeting with him we hired him as our new attorney. Kristopher Rezagholi is an attorney who LISTENS, CARES, and DEFENDS. He answered all our calls and emails within the same day even on Sundays and when my fiance's court hearing came, he was able to convince the prosecutor and judge to have my fiance serve 0 Jail time. I hired this firm after reading their website and testimonials, trusting that they would provide strong and zealous advocacy in handling serious criminal charges. Unfortunately, my experience with Mr. Dyer and Mr. Rezagholi was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services. In Yavapai ...County, cases like mine begin with the Early Disposition Court (EDC) process. I paid $6,000 for representation during this phase, but nothing was accomplished. At the end, I was told by Mr. Dyer, “well, I can’t make the prosecuting attorney negotiate.” The prosecutor had already made clear that DUI cases are not negotiated. This is something Mr. Dyer and Mr. Rezagholi should have known from the start, rather than wasting time and my money on a process that was bound to go nowhere. Neither attorney ever appeared in my case in person. Communication was minimal, with few calls to discuss strategy or gather meaningful background about me as their client. During one discussion with Mr. Rezagholi, he became unprofessional, talking down to me and raising his voice instead of engaging in a constructive, supportive conversation. After the EDC process ended, I was asked to pay an additional $8,000 to move forward with the case—despite the fact that very little had been done in the initial phase. In my view, the original fee should have covered representation from start to finish, especially since the attorneys knew (or should have known) that the EDC process would not resolve my case. Finally, when the firm sought to withdraw from my case, Mr. Dyer was late to his own hearing. Based on my experience, I feel this firm did not provide the professional advocacy, diligence, or client care they advertise. I would not recommend the Law Offices of Kristopher K. Rezagholi, PLLC, or either attorney, to others seeking reliable representation.
