Brian’s comment: “Related to back-office problems - annual renewal documents were not forwarded, resulting in administrative suspension. Then there was confusion as to whether or not reinstatement had been completed. Result was that I kept representing clients even though suspension (for failure to pay annual bar renewal fee) had not been lifted. I mistakenly thought it had been, and the Bar thought I should have been much more careful not to practice unless certain my annual renewal fee had been received.”

Brian is a true craftsman and has a very sharp mind. It is truly amazing just to see him in an analytical state. Brian is firm, solid and thorough. He is the best lawyer I have ever dealt with and cannot sing his praises enough. In a profession that carries some negativity about the character of its practitioners, Brian is a diamond in the rough.
He will shoot you straight and keep his word. What more can you ask for.
Kristopher Rezagholi, DUI and DWI Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I worked with Mr. Stanley on complex intellectual property and business dispute matters. He is an aggressive and diligent attorney. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for trial attorney to retain his services.
