Kim Rene Lepore

Mrs. Lepore has been my attorney during a very difficult divorce. After 3 long years of getting no where, while having another divorce attorney, I was referred to Mrs. Lepore. By my first appointment she had already acquired as much information as she could put her hands on, so she was was already ...prepared when I met her. She has displayed her knowledge of TN law, by being completely accurate in every question I threw her way. She has been readily available through phone or e-mail, keeping me currently updated on every detail of my case, almost on a daily basis. If unavailable, my phone calls or emails are returned within the day. She has not only been a terrific lawyer, but a counselor to me as well, always sensitive to my feelings and emotions. Many times I have called her in tears, with her reassuring encouragement that things would be OK, often referring to her as "my therapist"!!! I began quickly to trust her completely, and have followed her advice, which has proven to be very beneficial. My divorce settlement came out in my favor which I completely attribute to Mrs. Lepore; (things were looking very grim with the attorney I previoulsy used.) Athough my divorce was granted a few months ago, Mrs. Lepore has continued to follow through, making sure the stipulations of my settlement agreement have been followed by my ex-husband. I completely trust her, not making a move without her. She continues to be the person I seek out for advice, and has made a horrible time in my life, quite tolerable. Mrs. Lepore is an intelligent, as well as concerned and sensitive person, and I would highly recommend her as an attorney. She has truly been a life saver to me.

Choosing the right attorney for you and your case will be one of the most important and difficult decisions that you will make when entering into a divorce. They all claim that they will "represent your best interests" and will "be available to you" when you are trying to find one. However, they do...n't all behave the same after you have signed a retainer agreement and given them your money. Unfortunately, I have had to learn this lesson the hard way. Kim Lepore was the forth, and final attorney that I have had to represent me. Previous attorneys I have dealt with have either "been too busy" to return my calls / e-mails, or they simply didn't think that my case was a top priority. What they didn't understand was that I really didn't care about their other cases, I was only concerned with having my business taken care of in an appropriate and timely manner manner. After all, that's what I was paying for. Kim is the first attorney that took the time to really listen to me and understand my case. She stayed on top of my business and kept me informed every step of the way, even when the opposing attorney was trying to drag their feet. She has always returned my calls and e-mails in a timely fashion and has never made me feel as if she had more important cases to take care of than mine. I consider Kim to certainly be the best attorney that I have worked with, and one of the best in her field in Memphis. I hope that I will never need another attorney, but if I do I will certainly call Kim. I would highly recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in need of a family attorney.
