Biography
My practice focuses on (1) civil litigation, including business reorganizations, bankruptcy litigation and other litigation arising out of business disputes and (2) probate court litigation. Since July, 2007 I hold contracts with Maricopa County to serve as a court-appointed attorney for alleged incapacitated individuals in probate court cases and a special advocacy contract to act as guardian ad litem in mental health, or criminal cases for adults receiving court-ordered mental health treatment and as best interests attorney for children in family court custody cases where there are allegations of substantial abuse or neglect.
