Will drain your life savings

I give Jeff 0 stars for the amount of years and the "qualifications" he claims to have. He did absolutely nothing for me or anything I wanted done. For a court case in a family matter if you want to save your kids don't not go with Jeff, he will drain you of all your money and drag everything out as ...long as he can drain you of money! I was promised by his daughters if I spent the $5000 he would get me everything I wanted to save my daughters and after $20,000 I wasn't even close to anything when I first came to him. My ex wife is a drugs addict, alcoholic who's in an incest relationship with her biological brother, drugged my 3 year old and allowed my infant daughter get sexually abused by family members in her care. Been to jail for breaking court orders, with so much more indecent's and yet still couldn't stop her in court. He's allowed her to force herself on my children and I paid $10,000 for a trial and never got one. He charged me multiple times for all the emails my ex wife would send him after I requested him to stop responding to her and would not pay for her emails. So much more on top of that. I told him I no longer needed his representation. Do not take Jeff on as your attorney.

Foster Parent

I am a foster parent and DCS tried to take the child I cared for away to be placed with an unknown relative. Jeff had great, fresh ideas on how to attack the case. He was able to help me keep the child, and I adopted him. Jeff was responsive to my emails and calls and he truly cared.

Benefits off the loss of my newborn

This attorney did not appear ONE SINGLE TIME on my behalf or along side me n in representation of me and my daughters. When I was in the hospital after the birth of my second child by cesarean section, CPS was illegally invading my domicile in my hospital room and pushed without a warrant nor any re...al reason, to take custody of my baby. There were no hospital test results that even warranted concern, yet CPS still invaded my life and that of my newborn baby. I called upon Mr. Zurbriggen, as my PAID attorney to come down to the hospital to help prevent removal of my child for absolutely no reason, and his response was that he and his son wereeggl at the Phoenix Open and he couldn't and wouldn't leave to come assist me. I was in the hospital with my daughter for four days and he never once showed up. When I hired him, I paid Mr. Zurbriggen a flat fee of $3500.00 upon his promise that he could help me with my family law problems where CPS was invalidly and unlawfully interrupting the relationship, care, and custody of my two daughters. I paid an additional $800.00 (total=$4300.00) to Mr. Zurbriggen to do absolutely nothing for me. He actually ALLOWED the Dependency Judge, Colleen McNally, to FIRE HIM from MY case without representing me at all. How can a judge fire a lawyer to a party of a case they preside over? That shows some extreme bias and coercion I am certain. I am an honorably discharged Army veteran that's served 5 years during the Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom with no negative marks, and I paid for the services of Mr. ZURBRIGGEN DURING THIS very difficult, heart-wrenching situation out of my Post 9/11 GI BILL and School Loans in hopes to save my babies from wrongfully being taken by the evil, corrupt juvenile court system here in Arizona. Well, I still don't have them, my rigjts have been terminated, and it has been nearly 5 years since I hired Mr. Jeffrey Zurbriggen.

CPS Substantiations

CPS came and took my kids, substantiating three allegations. Mr. Zurbriggen was recommended to me by my current family law attorney I had on retainer at the time (quite an endorsement that my own attorney would refer me to Jeff). After writing a succinct letter with documentation, CPS unsubstantiat...ed all three allegations. Honestly, the letter he wrote didn't seem to have much substance, but the proof is in the pudding so to speak. CPS was out of the picture after that. I then went BACK to my family law attorney that had referred me to Jeff. Over a year later, I still have almost 0 parenting time. I fired my old attorney today and will have Jeff on retainer early next week, as he has agreed to take on my case. I'm sure I'll get some better results....Any results beat what I've gotten over the last year. Wish I had hired Zurbriggen years ago, but all I can do is move forward. I'm interested in seeing the way that things unfold over the next year. I'll post again as soon as something does change.

ICWA case

Mr. Zurbriggen was the only lawyer I contacted who had a full command of the indian child welfare act. The interplay with federal and state law along with fighting CPS was a lot, but Mr. Zurbriggen guided us through to victory like a chess match. He deeply cared about our family and our case.
