also known as James Michael Green
I served in the U.S. Air Force from 1998 - 2006, where I was a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. In 2009, I began working as an investigator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). I learned all about the charge filing process, how investigations are conducted, what takes place during mediations, how EEOC makes their findings, and all sorts of internal information about the EEOC and their processes and procedures. I resigned to attend law school, and graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2015. After law school, I worked in the Employment Law Section at the Arizona Attorney General's Office for nearly 2 years, where I provided legal advice to state agencies and represented various agencies in administrative and court proceedings. In November 2017, I resigned in order to join a law firm founded by one of my closest friends and former co-worker, Farrage & Smith, P.C. (Now Farrage Smith & Green, P.C.). We represent clients for a wide variety of issues, from Employment Law, Personal Injury, Divorce Cases, Criminal Defense, and Others.

Does not know law
James is a very cocky, know-it-all type lawyer. I lost my case with the EEOC because he decided to get into an argument with the investigator. Who does that? Do yourself a favor and look for anyone else to represent you...
This review was not written by someone that I represented. The person that wrote the review was not (and has never been) a client. Nothing in the post is true.
"I have known and counseled with Mr. James Green for many years, and his significant knowledge and breadth of understanding the complexities of employment law, both on a state and federal level, are unmatched. His past experience as an investigator for the EEOC provides him with an unparalleled knowledge of the intricacies of their process and procedures. James is an enthusiastic, gregarious, and approachable lawyer; one of the finest that I know. But don't let his friendly nature fool you; he is fearless and aggresive in his legal endeavors, and I highly recommend him."
"James is an extremely smart attorney. He is solutions oriented. He is quick and sees the big picture, and does what it takes to get the job done well."
