Christian Mark Lueders

Christian M. Lueders is a Phoenix criminal defense attorney, former Maricopa County felony prosecutor, and founder of Guardian Law Group. He represents clients throughout Arizona in serious felony cases, misdemeanor offenses, DUI matters, and complex criminal investigations. His practice focuses exclusively on criminal defense, including violent crimes, aggravated assault, domestic violence, drug crimes, drug trafficking, weapons offenses, white collar crimes, fraud, theft offenses, criminal traffic matters, and vehicular crimes.

Before founding Guardian Law Group, Christian served as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, where he handled a wide range of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors and DUI offenses to serious and violent felonies. He also worked in the Vehicular Crimes Division, prosecuting cases involving serious injury and fatal traffic collisions, including vehicular manslaughter, negligent homicide, and other serious criminal traffic offenses.

Today, Christian focuses exclusively on criminal defense. His experience handling criminal cases from investigation through trial allows him to provide strategic, well-prepared representation for individuals facing criminal charges throughout Arizona. He is known for thorough case preparation, aggressive advocacy, and trial-ready defense.

Prior to law school, Christian spent eight years in sales and marketing, earning Sales Representative of the Year honors with a Fortune 500 company. He credits that experience with developing the communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills that now serve his clients in the courtroom and during high-stakes negotiations.

Christian graduated cum laude from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business before earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, he clerked for both the Arizona Attorney General's Office and the United States Attorney's Office, gaining valuable experience in state and federal law.
