I was appointed Receiver in a number of cases. Richard was available to assist and guide me at all times. Richard did not approve of the [1] page boiler plate Order Appointing a Receiver. He developed a much more expanded version of that Order. In that expanded version of the Order it made clear wh...at was expected of the Receiver but it also went to great lengths to protect him / her.

If it is for bureaucratic stuff or accounting stuff, maybe that is where he shines. I went to him for employers contract review, and he is 100% useless. Now that was also many years ago, like at least 5 or more years ago, so maybe he changed. BUT do not waste your money if you need a lawyer to revi...ew your employment contract. He will not advise you correctly and will not fight for you.

Richard is knowledgable, extremely competent, communicates well, and most of all is very smart and resourceful, and does a heckuva good job. We had a very complicated case together. It was not my bankruptcy, but the BK of a party with whom we interacted. Our position had to be preserved through a ver...y messy proceeding. It was way outside of any box you could imagine, and Richard pursued it diligently, honorably, cleverly and, most important, successfully, through every nasty trick that was thrown at us. Definitely 5 stars (would have given10 had that been available)
