Excellent experience
Mr. Roll did an excellent job on my case. He was very easy to talk with, he is just a nice guy and was interested in me as a person, not just another client. He gets busy, but he always did a great job of answering my questions. What I appreciated the most, is that he was very honest about my case...

Responsive and honest
Mr Roll was very helpful and empathetic to my BK situation. I had many complex issues and guilt surrounding some elements which he helped put in perspective for me. His legal work was at all times professional and responsive. He wasnt the cheapest but he was exactly what I needed.
"I have had the pleasure of knowing Guy since 2010. At the time he took a chance on me and hired me fresh out of law school to assist him with his bankruptcy practice. Guy has a tremendous attention to detail and exceptional writing skills. He is a family man, a leader in the community and regularly volunteers his time and resources to worthy charitable causes. It was my pleasure to be associated with him and his firm."

“My censure is related to a debt settlement practice that I started through my law office as an alternative to Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Over several years, this practice area grew to where I had approximately 50 employees working with 10,000 clients and settling over $78 million in debt. During this time, we had only 4 complaints to the State Bar of Arizona - each of whom just wanted a refund. The State Bar found this practice area incompatible with a law firm. It is now an independent company.”
