Bruno Gitnacht

We went to three or four other lawyers before meeting with Bruno, some of which we were referred to, and Bruno was by far the best lawyer. We went with him on the spot. He is truly knowledgeable about the law and what he does and he really is all about his clients and helping people. He explains thin...gs really well and will give you examples and doesn't mind answering any questions you might have or taking the time to reexplain things so that you feel confident that you understand. He is honest and straightforward and lets you know all of your options and possible case scenarios and how those scenarios might be handled. I have recommended two different people and they both have signed on with him as well. One of the people I referred even knew someone in the immigration field who had helped their family members and opted for Bruno instead. The other had a couple of appointments lined up with different lawyers (one of which was recommended by someone else) and Bruno was the lawyer with which they first met with and they were so impressed with him that they went with him on the spot and canceled their other appointments. He is a true humanitarian and is understanding of his clients. He deals with you directly and returns phone calls. He is also very affordable. We are so grateful for his help and recommend him 100%. El otro tenia unas citas programadas con diferentes abogados y hablo con Bruno primero y estuvo tan impresionado que lo contrato en esa misma cita y cancelo las citas con los otros abogados, de cual uno de ellos tambien se la habia recomendado otra persona. El en realidad es un humanitario y es muy compresivo de sus clientes. Habla directamente con sus clientes y regresa llamadas. I was charged with a class 3 felony and booked in Durango jail. After a friend of mine recommended Mr. Gitnacht to me, my family contacted and hired him. He came to see me in jail on a Sunday! That a lawyer goes out of his way to visit you in jail on a Sunday is simply unheard of - at least for me. ... Mr. Gitnacht got me a SWEET plea offer. There was no reason for me to go to trial! I got 6 months of unsupervised probation (I repeat: unsupervised!) and I am eligible to designate my offense a misdemeanor after probation!! Mr. Gitnacht kept me informed all throughout the process, visiting me in jail to check up on me. He frequently called my family and kept them informed as well. He explained to me the pros and cons of taking the plea offer versus going to trial. At no time did I (or any of my family) deal with anyone at his firm that was not Mr. Gitnacht himself. He really did work my case and gave me HIS time!
