Bethany Dawn Torgersen

Bethany Torgersen is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Arizona Bar Association, and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Torgersen graduated from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 2001, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Tucson, Arizona, in May 2004. Ms. Torgersen’s specialized education includes a Master of Laws Degree in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy also from the U of A College of Law, in May 2005.

Ms. Torgersen has been involved in the representation of indigent criminal defendants sentenced to life imprisonment or death row through the Arizona Capital Representation Project and the Arizona Justice Project. Ms. Torgersen was a Law Clerk in Pima County Superior Court, and Pascua Yaqui Supreme Court.

We understand that you will need transportation to those appointments, so our first priority is to get you mobile; whether that is with a rental car or resolving your property damage claim so you can get your car back into road worthy condition. We do not stop there. We will make sure that if you are not able to get a rental car, that you are compensated by the day for time that you are without a usable vehicle. If your vehicle gets repaired, but has lost value, we will pursue that claim on your behalf as well.

All of the work done on your property damage claim is on-the-house. Our philosophy is that it can only help improve your recovery. That way our office is involved in every aspect of your case which helps in determining who is at fault, as well as pushing the insurance company to act responsibly by covering the damage fully and fairly.
