Bad Lawyer
Totally Against the 1st Amendment. "While I recognize you are the Client, I am still your Attorney. I, not you sir will determine the strategy, etc.etc " Do you often talk to your clients that way? Shall I also say how you feel about the 1st amendment that you put in that same letter?

Unprofessional and lazy stay away

Beware
Mr. Lockhart was assigned to me as a public defender. He did not file anything he said he would, in fact he filed nothing. He failed to show up for court.
